How long should I breastfeed?


During pregnancy any amount of breastfeeding is fine, though the longer you breastfeed, the better. The American Academy of Pediatrics says Women should breastfeed their children “Exclusively” (give them only milk infants) for about the first 6 months. Then points, mothers begin for babies eat and keep nursing, at least until the baby is 12 months old. Experts say that women should breastfeed later mom and baby one year they both want it.
